Aira Studio is a boutique Pilates Reformer studio located at Anacade Bangna, 39 Bangna-Trad Road, Khwaeng Bang Na, Bang Na, Bangkok 10260, Thailand. The studio is scheduled to open on May 11, 2026.The studio is operated by The Aira Studio Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ดิ เอไอรา สตูดิโอ จำกัด), a private limited company incorporated in Thailand on 24 February 2026, Tax ID / Company Registration Number 0735569002140, with its registered office at 167 Moo 2, Tambon Kamphaeng Saen, Amphoe Kamphaeng Saen, Nakhon Pathom 73140, Thailand.2. Use of the website
The website is provided for informational purposes and to help you get in touch with the studio. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, security, or the experience of other users.3. Classes and services
- Group Reformer classes run with a maximum of 5 reformers per room to keep sessions intimate.
- Private, duo, and trio sessions are delivered by certified instructors.
- Class schedules, instructors, and availability may change and are confirmed at the time of booking.
- All participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.
4. Health and safety
Pilates is a physical activity. Before taking part in any class you must:- Tell your instructor about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or physical limitation that could be affected by exercise.
- Obtain medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional if you have any doubt about your ability to practise safely.
- Follow your instructor's guidance at all times and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
5. Bookings, pricing, and payment
- Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) on the website and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Class packs are valid for a period communicated at the time of purchase and are strictly personal.
- We may update prices and class offerings at any time; the price in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
- Payments are due before the first session of a pack unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.
6. Cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session to avoid being charged for the class.
- Late arrivals may be refused entry for safety reasons; the session will still be counted as used.
- No-shows count as a completed session and are not refundable or rescheduled.
7. Refunds
Class packs are generally non-refundable once purchased. In exceptional cases (serious injury or medical condition certified by a doctor) we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or extend the validity of the pack.8. Studio rules
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class to change and settle in.
- Wear clean athletic clothing and grip socks for hygiene and safety.
- Mobile phones must be on silent during class.
- Aira Studio is a respectful, inclusive space. Harassment or disrespect towards other clients or staff is not tolerated and may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
9. Intellectual property
All content on airastudiothailand.com — including text, images, logos, and layouts — is the property of Aira Studio or its licensors and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.10. Third-party links
Our website contains links to third-party services (Instagram, Facebook, LINE, Google Maps, and others). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those services.11. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.12. Changes to these Terms
